shes gonna start doing stuff when ull face tougher waves of enemies

shes by no means a good ship but she serves her purpose well enough

she has a 20s desynced barrage which isnt tied much to her gear which helps a lot early when your gear sucks balls

idk other ppls thoughts on this but i levelled her skill to 6 or 7 i forgot which and never regretted it

shes used cos she is a usable ship for earlygame out the gate, she has a useful skill, her stats arent totally garbage, shes practically free from the guild ship, she doesnt take gold bulins, etc

and long run she provides good fleet tech when you lvl120 her so none of your investment in her ends up "wasted" per se

flagship that periodically shoots big guns and has barrage chance every 20s thats basically it

her aux is kinda weak but can still help protect your backline from suicide boates

Cuz from what I have seen she rarely shoots the passive bareage which hits fuck all since enemy ships dont standin middle of screen and active is long cd for 1/4 plane dmg

the barrage scales heavily with skill level, every few levels it adds an extra salvo to her barrage, iirc it starts at 1 salvo and at max it's 4 salvos, but i stopped when it hit 3 salvos

that plus the dmg itself and activation chance scale with skill level also

i think she'd be a big upgrade over penny but whether that's worth the bulins since nelson retrofit is also an option

and idk how richie compares to augmented hood either

her barrage procs on mg fire
aka when the button in the UI lights up and is pressed

but even at max lvl its a 75% chance so it can just not trigger
