Would be nice to have their face next to the regular EU Siren etc custom role icon next to our username. Not sure if that's discord limitation or not, but if it isn't it would be nice to see it. Not more than 2-3 though cause that would lead to clutter mess.

If you mean have multiple role icons, unfortunately that's not supported by Discord. Roles are also limited (250 roles per server), so it's probably better to have only the necessary roles. I've created servers with 250 server roles and it was definitely not fun for the admins/mods.
