Hello there, WhiteFoxy here! I co-own an Azur Lane website dedicated to Ayanami since 2022. For reasons I won't share the website but if you want you could Google it, it's called "The Shrine of Ayanami".
As of today, my site went through various updates. It is mainly an image gallery nowadays, similar to a booru site. I also use the site for other things like advertising my guild.
Over time, I observed that other fan made sites, such as Azur Lane's EN Community Tier List stopped updating so often. So I'd like to know if this is affecting you and I'd also like to know if you're currently requiring a website similar to ECTL, but that updates more often.
I don't plan on making a tier list since I'm not someone who believes in tier lists. I wanted to organize the shipgirls and gear recommendations differently, perhaps based on game mode, chapter and so on. However, I'm not as knowledgeable on this topic as you are, so I'd also require your help with this. Especially gear recommendations.
Basically my questions for you are:
1. Do you feel that you need a new website similar to ECTL and other tier lists?
2. Would you be willing to help me with gear recommendations, assuming I decide to make a new sub-domain/website?
If your answer is yes, please tell me how such website should be made. I want it to be independent from me in the long term, so that you can manage it yourself as new content gets added to the game. I want it to be an effective tool that you can use to help people in #gameplay-help, managed by the community.
I'm also open to any ideas.
