rotate nelson sara and hiei meta if u got her crystals other wise not enough ships to consider 2nd fleet

and only rotate ships out at 120

a leveling fleet isnt static because well u have to level new ships

#

only use xp books till the ships survive where ure grinding

#

it is more eff to boost low lvl ships to mid lvl so u can grind rather than boost high lvl ships to cap because it consumes alot of books relatively and u wont be able to grind because the low lvl ships wont clear and ure out of books
