My current OPS fleet, the mob one is the first fleet

I'm guessing fleet 1 is your mob fleet, Brest heal comps only work if the fight lasts long enough for her to proc

it's simply not reliable compared to Unicorn for extended stuff

then there's JdA there dragging your DPS down, and you end up with a meh faction fleet
