well with what you have you could reasonably do up to world 11 and coast on opsi
but levels are all over and you're very starved on gold and ur bullins

Another question, are these ships fine enough to do exercises with? I held off from doing them because the other player rosters look stronger than mine

uh sure, 99.99% of players just uses random ships in pvp
you won't win every match but you'll do ok

Just did two matches and got pummeled once, but I still fulfilled the conditions for events, thank you for reassuring me that pvp doesnt really matter

And that she directly competes with said ur for bulins

Also permanent so you can reasonably just limit break her using dupes
Shinano is the only perma ur worth investing in
My advice is to bench nj until 2 dupes to get her mlb and work on amagi

I put in NJ Ark Enty Laffey Portland and Sandy in my "boss" and Uni Howe Sara Tallinn javelin leander in the mob for now

if u can mlb pitts only
and keep pushing to w12 and roatate ships in mob if they reach lv120

An update, I have dropped perseus, and i unlocked monarch. I started research on anchorage
I have four gold bulins
Leander is still on until I level up sanrui (i just need oil and time)
I wanna dump the gols bulins on perseus kinda
I was going to put them on hood for the sake of having a decent BC for hard mode but perseus is a healer

Mob and boss, amagi cv mobbing for levels, will put her in boss when she is properly levelled. Saratoga usually fills that spot. Indiana was the flagship.
NJ will get another dupe in december probably, and it will be enough to mlb
