In my opinion, people complaining about in game skins and such just clogs up #game-feedback and doesn’t add anything productive to conversation there.
I would propose that a new channel specifically for skin feedback should be created, so that people can go there to discuss their issues with skins.

Not really necessary since they don't take feedback on skins in the first place. So people complaining about them are just screaming into the wind.

Opinions about skins fall under game feedback. It doesn't "clog" the channel when it's being used for it's intended purpose. There's no need to create a separate channel.
