Issues with guild recruitment center

Hello, I don't seem to have the ability to post in the guild recruitment center channel, but I'm not sure why. Can someone elaborate?

Oh I have DMs off but it was probably this (I saw this in another post here)

I didn't know we weren't allowed to do this, I thought the rule for creating duplicate posts was so that we didn't have multiple posts from the same guild, that's why I always deleted my old post.

I'd like to apologize if I misinterpreted that rule and petition to have my privileges reinstated, I won't do it again if that's how it's supposed to work

I can't prove it, but I can see that the original read me post was edited at some point, presumably to clarify this, but I don't think it's always been this way

Also I guess while I'm at it do I have any other warnings besides this one?

That part of the rules had never changed, though Res May have updated it for better comprehension I’m unsure. However, you were sent a verbal warning by nimi 2 months before your channel removal detailing what you had done (the same thing as recently) and what would lead to it. What someone’s dm permissions are set to doesn’t give them any sort of immunity to rules or second chances. Ah, yeah, I never got the warning because my DMs were off and no one ever told me any differently. Oh well, thanks anyway

Uhh... are you sure you guys warned me? I don't have any active cases

Also, is it ok if someone else from my guild makes the guild post as long as they follow the rules of the channel?

Forms may only remain active for a shorter amount of time for users, I’m not entirely sure. I’ll have to get clarification on if someone else can make a post for your guild, however

In that case it would be helpful if it showed all of your cases all the time and then like, had an active appeal button if you were in the window where you could appeal the case or something like that.

It would, but since nimi dm’s you for every warning/mute/dm-able action that already alleviates the need

Well, it would if I had DMs enabled or any indication that nimi tried to DM me at all

I hate to be blunt, but that’s not really an issue with how the system works, that’s an issue on how your particular DM’s work. We can’t work around each and every instance of every dm excuse possible. If you, intentionally or not, have no way to receive DM’s from nimi, that’s out of our hands.

As for the earlier question, it’s a ban on your guild (through yourself), and therefore your members can’t advertise your guild either.

a decent number of bots will at least alert moderators if they can't DM members so that moderators can take alternate actions to informing them of any warnings, but ok
