is my fleet comp balance fine? who should i keep building or look to drop when i get better ships? who are some ships i should be looking out to get? any other general tips would be appreciated

As gold bullins are limited, beginners are suggested sticking into one fleet consisted of purple and blue ships, such as unicorn/pensylvania and portland/laffey/helena
In your case, saratoga is a good investment as well

you have to get portland to level 100 as part of the rookie missions
gold and UR ships are too expensive to upgrade early on
and UR ships are just not worth using if you cant MLB them
forget about shinano for now, the upcoming UR ship in september will probably have priority over her

not really, youre missing out on like 2/3 of her damage by not max limit breaking her, which will take a very long time to do because you only get like 2-3 UR bulins a month
