There is any difference beside english and japan card? (language excluded) i am pretty noob about this game

Gameplay wise no difference but if you are those kinds where you get the cards and sell them I would say JP more valuable than EN

yes, if you buy a case is confirm 1 signed card. But you need to buy official case and not like 12 random boxes. if you buy 12 boxes you might not even get a signed card.

The case I had opened did not have a signed card. The three cards pictured in my older post were the only fancy cards i got. It was a weiss schwarz reprint box with the like 15 packs in it
