One fleet can get you all the way to w12

#

But you’ll probably end up swapping some ships out anyway depending on your pulls and events anyway. Then oilcap becomes your friend

Stick em the dorm. Prioritise expanding the dorm and then maybe second floor and you can have a full mobbing fleet in there. So you don’t get any weird stuff with morale

be wary of how you spend your gems depending if ur a f2p or not

u can buy skins if u wanna but prioritize expanding dock space if ur a f2p
