Alright then, setting levels aside...
IJN CV boss fleet: Hakuryuu/Shinano/AvP/Guam/Kazagumo... I know lots of people like Sirius in that last slot, but I'm honestly not a fan if her evasion rate debuff doesn't work... you can put Sirius there, or some other debuffer or other supporter... I'm actually quite partial to Helena META, but there probably aren't very many takers on that front... even Unzen can fit in some interpretations, depending on your preferences
Triple BB boss fleet: BisZwei/Alsace/Soyuz/Agir/Plymouth... last slot can be Helena, but if you prefer not relying on her, you can use Hindenburg in that last slot, or Unzen for much the same reason as before
Mob fleet: Unicorn for preload and heal, and you can fill the rest with whatever you fancy, really, since a lot of things can get away with mobbing
Fourth fleet can likewise be anything you'd like, many ways to drown the cat form it
My only suggestion is to try and fit your cross-fleet ships into slots in either the mob or fourth fleet, so that they can provide support for the main bossing fleets: NJ, UvH, Indy, Unzen (if not already in), and even Perseus is possible
