##guild-recruitment-centre: Add [All Servers] tag + A question

as of writing, there's a limit of 4 5* tags available per forum post for a guild advertisement. Since it isn't reasonable to just add all the tags for the ingame servers with the tag limit in place, it would be convenient to have one tag for guilds with a presence in all servers in-game, and leave space for other tags.

A question:

  1. Why aren't discord links postable on the post and comments? Is it because there's a risk of one or more :B:orn (read: nsfw bot) actors posting an invite in most, if not all posts at #1246721562741178410 ? And what would be the intended workarounds for legitimate guild advertisers? [Discord available] is quite useless here with that in place, so some clarification here would be aight.

Heya, an all-servers tag sounds reasonable.

Discord links are currently being filtered out by automod. We're working on it.

no, I simply forgot to include it in the list of exceptions for auto-filter
tho if bots will still be a problem - we will have to disable it, unfortunately
