I have these at my disposal and these are my current 3 fleets. I dont really use the 4th one. And now i will replace implacable until she is 125. I need some help with fleet 2 vanguard, fleet 3 recommendations for mobs and whatever i should do with the 4th.

Any way i could get regensburg in any fleet? I reall like her but she is useful only with other ib?

her debuff has odd timings unless u have high rld and u run smth like 457 so its nto syncable and her pers dmg isnt great
but if u rly like her replace her in mob with otto ig
mobbing isnt hard in opsi

replace enty and yk2 with nano/haku
replace uvh with alsace
mog can go in whichever fleet instead of another non tank/non support slot
but thats in the far future
and things might change till then

u can use ruppy over nelson if u want
