You'll be looking at something like

#

MOB: Hood ,Unicorn retro, Independence retro, Portland, Javelin, [filler]

Boss: Nelson retro, Enterprise, Shinano Chan, San Francisco, Helena, Laffey

#

If you can get Saint Louis to Dev 30 by the time this is ready she can act as the filler slot in the mob fleet
