You have the options for a strong first fleet so let's work on that

Let's go with this
Hood, Enterprise, Unicorn
Portland, Javelin/Laffey, Helena

#

You'll want to prioritise limit breaking Hood first, you have enough gold bulins to max limit break her

#

Then retrofit Portland first in order to clear the beginner missions
Afterwards either Javelin or Laffey for the other parts of beginner missions
