Portland reached 120 and i'd like to start on someone else for boss tank

Saint Louis, Zara, Pola, and Asuka, will all be roughly in the same ballpark as Portland, though somewhat less tough.
Adalbert will be tougher, so she is probably your best bet.
Eugen is technically tougher but her damage is so bad she's not worth it.

Get working on anchorage and start coining her. Eventually u want anchorage and agir to replace your tanks
