I'd also swap Plymouth and Anchorage

Nothing looks too out of order but swap ply and anchorage, and get rid of Otto's AA gun, and change ply's crossbow to sword

457 to fdg, another 406/50 for Bisz, and remove NJ's hsfcr

Laffii could lose the toolkit for more ASW

ok so 457 to fdg, 406 for bizw, black shell for nj (?) swap anchor and ply, ply bow to sword, more laffii asw. otto gun is just another twin 90mm ?
