#OpSi fleet setup help. Older account missing recent URs and PRs

Hello, I'd like some help making better OpSi fleets, I would really appreciate it. Bit of an older player that recently came back, I'm missing quite a few of the newer URs and don't have any PR 5/6 ships.

The top comps are:

  • Mob: Your regular mob fleet
  • Anti med/heavy BB Boss: Musashi/BismarckZwei/Vanguard Tank/Helena/Plymouth
  • Anti med/heavy CV Boss: Implacable/Haku/Shinano Tank/Kazagumo/Sirius
  • Anti light CV boss: AvP/Enterprise/Yorktown II Tank/Stephen Potter/Aurora

I don't have BisZwei, Vanguard, or Yorktown II, so the BB fleet and light CV are a little rocky. I heard HMS and IJN BB fleet aren't as good as before, but could they still be used here?

And for light CV, would subbing Yktwn II with Centaur or Essex be good?

Biszwei could be replaced with UvH ig
Vanguard maybe Duke of York if you want to retain the utility, otherwise, you'd use FdG because UR BB strong
For light CV, YkII could prob be replaced with Essex yeah
