Then it will work. U could use sth like unicorn, NJ, Enterprise (MLB her), eugen, laffey, cleveland.
Maybe wait for some other advise since I am not sure about the New Jersey but I cant see another BB already levelled or MLB and I dont think it is worth it to spend your last bulins on alabama
Replace eugen with portland once levelled and try to MLB NJ when u get another UR bulin. Once you are at chapter 9 u can start working on another fleet
Use your NJ dupe on her so she is at LB2 at least
Some ships to work on once you are at chapter 9 would be helena and nelson but get there first so you can farm on oilcap

It is almost never worth using ships when not MLB (full stars) the only reason I put eugen is I dont see another tank levelled and she has no dmg anyway (you should replace her soon with portland)

Just a couple of notes I wanted to say.
If NJ doesnt work at LB2 and u cant MLB her soon use your bulins on alabama and use her instead.
Retrofit portland and your starter dd
Some good ships to work on later would be nelson, helena, hood and hatsuzuki.
You will need another tank for your second fleet and you have some options.
Cheapest would be to get pheonix for your mob fleet and switch portland to boss.
Or you could MLB eugen and use her as second tank (not rly recommended as you are short on gold bulins)
Anyway at that point just come ask again and it will probably be better

currently at the end of chapter 8 so it did work out i guess but my 2 fleet is kinda just a dumb of UR ships I need to fix that

stop using UR ships aside from NJ. only reason i said use her was i dont see any other ship worth investing in at this moment. u have a bunch of good BBs but they all need gold bulins which u are lacking at the moment. get to world 9 and unlock clearing mode and make it safe. u will be able to raise second fleet easily. get portland, helena and nelson/hood to decent levels and u will be able to make a second fleet to push further content

they are very useful later on but it will be a while
it is not recommended to pull on perma banner. dont worry too much about what you have done already, cube income is good so u will have plenty soon but dont spend them on perma pull

yea I just spent on the perma for shinano and NJ, I thought the stats of URs make them worth using at all stages of the game
san diego/ nelson retrofit can also be skipped?

they are the best ships in the game when fully Limit Broken (full star). yours are not there yet
if u get hood and level her u dont generally need nelson that much. she is still one of the best perma availabe BBs and not very expensive to LB and retrofit. san diego retro dont do yet since it is not needed for now. once u get to world 13 maybe but that will be a while
how much spec core do you have? can you get one more UR bulin for NJ?

go to any shop then check the monthly tab on left. in the protoshop
if u can get one more UR bulin for NJ get it and MLB her. takes 20k gold but worth it

yeah probably. then just get it from the spec shop and MLB her. save future spec core until u are sure who u want to MLB next. I would just ask in the server again at that point

alright I did get portland and swapped her in working on the retrofit rn + mlb on NJ is done
ill go on with what u told me and come back later once I made more progress

no worries mate. if your portland is level 1 dont swap her yet, she will just die use eugen to push to 9 first. then once the map is safe u can put portland. u can level portland in the meantime in the dorm and using xp books once u unlock more stuff.
