One that got warned by admins multiple time? And spammed gph/general for hours. When you took that screenshot gph and general has been spammed for 4+ hours already

This person was a troll, people from ALM's server have verified and seen that person do that same shtick for months, they've been at this 14-3 help behavior and got syand warn and yuki just recently warned them too

The mods have told off people in gph before for reacting with skill issue and I doubt they're risking to use that emote outside regulars and for jokes
