A few reasons
One some of the ships you're using are mediocre
Two you're using too many srs
What will end up happening is that you will run out of bullins to limit break them all
And you'll end up stalling
Unable to level your ships more and either have to wait to get more bullins which will take time or level new ships from scratch
Either way you'll be wasting time and resources
