I have noticed that image and gif perms (Excluding stickers) on #al-general had been temporarily removed for the first day(?) of the Light-Chasing Sea of the Stars event, as I had experienced since it was said that due to the event involving 2 UR's (Laffey II and Guam), it was put in place to prevent users from posting trophies to general chat, limiting the number of posts about players obtaining Guam (and forcing them to post it only on #trophy-room), at least that's what I was being told (by HoshiHoshi II (She/Her) Aoste luvr)
Now im not here about want to get rid of that, I want that to be officially put in place on rules (both in #rules and on pinned messages on #trophy-room), as is follows (you can add some add. details):
"When a game event that involves the release of a new UR rarity ship is released, image perms on al-general channel will be closed for the first 2 days, as is per the Trophy Rule,"

No need to change the old trophy rule system, it'll still be imposed on a 1st week everytime when its being put in force. And regarding 2 days about the temporary moratorium of image perms on al-general, i want that extended, for good measure i mean.
