Oxytorp bad, rocket fighter bad, unicorn and Aquila need to be staggered (desynced), +10 is the minimum , fleet needs more asw (either yuudachi or unicorn or even both)

Then it will be easy mode because ply is tankier and does more damage and boosts fdg damage

Yuudachi should have swords. Very few DDs prefer hammer
