so here's what I'd do
FLEET 1 (mob)
Owari Unicorn Independence
Portland Laffey Hatsuzuki

FLEET 2 (boss)
Richelieu Enterprise Taihou
Prinz_Eugen Helena Unzen

  • can replace laffey with Juneau after you're done with rookie missions
#
  • all the ships should ideally be max limit broken
#
  • Saratoga can be used instead of Taihou, doubt you have enough bulins to limit break all the gold ships anyways
#
  • retrofit all ships that can be retrofitted, start with unicorn
#
  • backlines (main fleet ships) should get priority for limit break
#
  • try to get the unique augments for ships that have unique ones
#

I'm guessing you haven't advanced much in hard mode?
well it doesn't really matter ig
take it slow and steady, you'll have the good stuff as time passes by

does higher level hard give more retrofit parts? someone said it doesn't

well we actually can't say cause the droprates are server side and cannot be datamined, but it is observed that higher stages have better droprates, I can't really pull up proof of it but I think you'll notice the difference once you advance

plus you get guaranteed rewards from three starring stages and higher core data in higher worlds

also my gear is really bad but its slowly improving as my stages go up, I just don't have enough decent purple gear to spread around

Idk if you're still here or not but can I ask how to level these ships? I don't really have a good dedicated setup. I've boosted them to lv 70 and mostly limit broke them

farm in 11-1 (12-1 if you've got that unlocked), think the ships should be fine by themselves but bring unicorn as support and use ships that need to be levelled as mob fleet and ships that have been levelled as boss fleet

bringing down the threat level to safe would be a good idea

and if they do not survive in 11-1 or you do not have it cleared farm in 9-1
