I recently got a verbal warning for posting "are you dumb". I'm wondering if all similar past posts got similar warnings. Did they?

We do not discuss other people warns with third party.
If you believe your warn was unfair you can always appeal it using appeal system (there are instructions in #rules ) tho in your case it's a verbal which is just meant to remind you of rules, nothing more. Please keep it in mind moving forward.
