if you play regularly you should be able to get a couple of UR bullins a month, you should focus on mlb'ing your URs and levelling them up. Also level up your good SSRs to 120

having said that, you should be able to clear the event levels easily with your current ships, they're not hard to beat

Prioritise the URs, like Kronshtadt who is max limit broken, limit break one of your UR BBs first and then maybe Shinano or Implacable

there's a lot wrong here

#

first off don't build faction fleets, they're a self imposed challenge rather than a legit fleet building strat

#

2nd you don't need more than 2 fleets for campaign and at max 4 for OpSi

#

3rd stop spreading your bulllins around, 1 MLB is infinitely more valuable than several partially liit broken ones

#

to that end
Mob: FDG, Unicorn, Volga, Henrich, Emden, Scylla
Boss: Musashi, Zwei, Enterprise, Kronshtadt, Helena, plus 1

forget about farming XP for PR for now

#

if you're done farming the event push the main campaign to at least 12-1, preferably 12-4 and then you can start focusing on grinding XP for PRs

I doubt you have enough BPs to get Haku even remotely close to Dev 30 to make it worthwhile rushing her right now anyway

use the two fleets you were given as your main two fleets for opsi for now and make up the other two of the best available ships you have
