I'm not that great at fleetbuilding but i wanna help a friend out.
They're litterly copy and pasted the fleet they use normally into opsi, however im not sure if that'll be good enough

Victorious is notably the worst SR CV in the entire game
Theres not much you can do with such a casual dock so until you level up appropriate ships, just make one "mob" fleet and one boss fleet and fill the other fleets with random ships
This account somehow doesn't have a healer so the mob fleet is somewhat out of reach 
So tbh I would just ignore opsi for now because opsi is really painful with level 100 ships and no healer

So first level up good ships like unicorn, enterprise, hood, ark royal, sirius.
And max limit break implacable then Yorktown ii then Bismarck zwei then wait and see new URs then New Jersey
