Hood Unicorn(Perseus works too, Unicorn better) Ryuuhou
Neptune An Shan San Diego
Boss Fleet:
Musashi Shinano Enterprise
Prinz Eugen Kazagumo Helena/Yuudachi(retrofit)
tbh these should get you through ch13
replace Ryuuhou with independence retrofit once you get her from coredata shop and limit break all your ships
probably should also get Portland to replace Neptune but imo nep works fine
also get hood her unique aug if you haven't already

Baltimore cannot tank as much as Eugen so in this context Eugen is better
by a lot

What content is he aiming for? Baltimore would work fine up to and including w12, Eugen has next to no damage so Portland Retro would be a better fit there than her
definitely lacking in good tank options though

- the context is tanking for boss fleets
and for that purpose Baltimore is as thin as paper - Portland doesn't have much better damage than Eugen, the difference is literally negligible
- the person in question does not have Portland and already has Eugen at mlb
- there's two reasons why we recommend using Portland over Eugen, (I) she is cheaper and (II) you want her for rookie missions, in this scenario the first reason doesn't hold any value cause the person in question already has Eugen mlb and doesn't have Portland much less her retrofit
