Scrapyard (need help retiring ships)

Just wann figure out which ships got good fleet tech and probably a good future retro (if AL even remebrs to retri ships once in a while )

Basically thats all the non gold ships that I have, just need help picking off ships that are purely collection and dont have good fleet tech
