should I max star NJ or shinano or wait? I have enough bullions for 1. And what order do you think my research priority should be? FDG is almost done (I haven't played in a while). See my ships. I'm not sure if FDG is even that good nowadays.

I was gonna go for anchorage, but maybe I should just go straight for agir and hakuryku.
