pretty sure you can still progress with just a single fleet

kinda hard to split your fleet into two as of now

Getting a UR ship mlb is a hundred times better than getting 2 non mlb UR

She's great but running 2 healers in campaign is not that great since you dont run healers on boss fleet

On mob tho running her and uni together is just bad

You can use her instead of uni but uni is just better on fights that last longer than 30s since perseus is good on fast fights while uni is just a great ship in general not limited by the speed of battle

last question When should I buy the retrofit material for chang chun because I need ur bulins too

You can stall that retrofit material until you're at the node she needs it

You can prioritize UR bulins for now although pre retrofit she's only as strong as your starter

Its best to stall her retro item until you can actually retro her if that's what you're asking

It collecting dust until you find use for it is just bad for your progress

Best to get those limitbreaks on URs than buy the retro item early
