Belfast adds a #0 discriminator to accounts with transitioned names

forgor to add Bot tag during creation, because I managed to overlook the Title field

That's actually how they show for me in the discord app as well

It's a measure put in place by discord to make sure that bots do not break by this change

As for custom clients like the one @tidal plank is running, probably not a good idea in the first place
