New channel proposal

I was thinking about the channels and
I have a proposal, a new channel about skins and shipgirls or newly announced ones

One might say, but we already have stream channel and AL general for these, why need a new one.

Well, through my experince, AL general does have issues of

1. Very high ammount of messages in a very short time and emotes that makes any message dissapear in few seconds especially when it's active hours
2. AL memes or other stuff people talk about there, such as things they have, items they grinded, their fleets etc.

So what I propose is, this new channel will have "no memes or out of topic rule", but will be based on AL skins(their style, maybe early sketches by artists, their similarity with other skins, their fashion history if someone knows about), especially newly announced ones, and AL shipgirls(their personality, maybe history, casual clothin etc.), so people can talk and learn about a skin or a shipgirl much easier without being under meme or other topic discussions getting in the way

While channel name should be decided by moderation team
It could be something like "shipgirls and skins", "Characters and skins" etc.

If you're worried about too much channel traffic, we already have server-dorms channels which allow not just these, but any topic you want. "Discussion about shipgirls and skins" is too vague and is literally just general for the most part. There's no need to have a separate channel just for that.

Well I was thinking of a more organized way, for example we would get a special orange mod where he can pin things up like "these are the skin sketch arts of Murmansk's pajama skin" and one might find it through checking the pins on the channel

And we already have very specific channels for food and technology, so I find this more related to AL

Just as Res has stated, this idea is too vague and is already a topic in al-general, the server channels, and such. If people want to check out skins coming out, they can see them in #game-news and the Azur Lane twitter page where they get posted, or on the streams/stream channels, which we post albums for. People tend to discuss them in general when they get revealed, so this seems redundant and is too niche of a channel to see much use. You can just bring it up in general and get people to talk about it. We are going to be rejecting this suggestion.
