tbf idk what im doing im just playing randomly but reason why i wanted to create a 2nd fleet because of the event the hard requires 2 teams

You might be too starved for resources for a 2nd fleet, but you want Patty as flag, notable units you can use are:
Enterprise
Shangri-la
Ducca Abruzzi
Z23
Ryza **IF **you have her event equips
Kursk
Voroshilov
Bisko 2 if you get her

also, retrofit unicorn as soon as you can
