Such as "it's not allowed to reply to every thread in the discord feedback forum" and "not allowed to post very long messages".
Any other rules that you enforce but your rules don't mention would also be appreciated. Perhaps you wouldn't have so much conflict with me if you were clear in the first place. The rules are confusing and I no longer understand them.
I would also suggest that you guys do try to reply to DMs when someone, for example, offers an apology if there is a misunderstanding. Not doing so could be seen as rude by some.
I don't bite at all. No one is going to get mad or yell at you for just being a little more friendly with your community.

Whether to reply to someone's personal DM or not, is everyone's personal decision. We cannot and will not enforce it.
