I'm just the messenger here but it seems you banned user Lat#4822 (204298348990169099) for spam. They mentioned that they've since cleaned their PC and regained control of their account. I was wondering if it would be possible to unban them given the circumstances. Please let me know either way so I can pass the message along to them.
