1) is it worth replacing NJ or FdG for DoY for a more reliable slow? (as my agir isnt max dev lvl, so idk if that affects syncing. ) 2) NJ and FdG also have reload skills that might mess with syncing so is it even worth for trying to sync the slow to the salvos? 3) Is Howe's skill worth the trouble of slotting in 2 other royals? (drake is 120 but dev 23, plymouth is underleveled/low dev lvl. Assuming a low drake dev lvl works I could slap DoY + Drake)

No. If anything you would replace Howe, and I'm unsure if that's truly worth (I am simply not knowledgeable enough to say. Someone else may)
Should be able to sync okay with Elite Triple Mags. Said slow is not always a huge priority also
No, because you'd want Helena unless she's in your CV fleet. She's also good without the skill proc. You also want Plymouth as she's usable at Dev15. Merely level her

Well you do not use Vanguard/DoY here so no timing problem, i have no idea how to sync Agir slow with

And slow isnt needed that much for BB tho

Good to know that plymouth can be used at lower dev lvls, ill keep that in mind but still working on pr4, so plymouth is gonna be stuck at dev lvl 3 pepeLaugh

Yes, and she's meh anyways. She provides no utility.

Ägir provides bulk and a slow, as well as Armour Break
Plymouth buffs your flagship and has huge surface DPS when maxed out
Helena buffs the entire backline

Well if you use Helena, do not equip twin, and if it is SG Helena, bring HPFCR

so tldr bb fleets dont need much slows so i can somewhat ignore that, Howe skill might be rough to fit in

and replace howe instead, rather than NJ and FdG as it might lead to a dmg loss over proccing Howe's skill

So HPFCR + Helena SG it is i suggest, and may consider bring DoY cause she have debuff (a 100% proc but lower Helena) on her salvo
