Media-Content user violates NSFW rules

Greetings, moderators, and admins.
I have announced that Ryuma Brunestud recently violated rule 6 of the server, specifically in the "pleasure faces" section. The offending content is in the media-content section, which is worse since the moderators would trust the user long enough to post videos there (please note that this is my speculation/general logic and may not reflect the application process).
