Mob: Marco Polo, Independence, Unicorn, Tallinn, An Shan, Chang Chun

BB Boss: Musashi, Vanagurd, FDG, Agir, Helena, Plymouth

#

CV Boss: Enterprise, Yorktown 2, Ark Royal, Anchorage, Hammann 2, Harbin

#

4th fleet can be whatever TBH

#

not sure if Ark Royal would be better than say Hornet 2 or Chkalov so you may want to fiddle around with that

#

FDG also needs to be Dev 30 but that goes without saying
