[Bridal Z23] /support command suggested update

Currently, our beloved Bridal Z23 gives us the following message when using the /support command:

If you experience a specific issue, such as a bug not encountered by others; an issue with your purchase, or loss of items, please contact us by sending us email at [e-mail] or alternatively using in-game system at Settings > Help > Contact Us.

Please do not DM Yostar staff or discord mods about your issues.
Please note that the answer may take a while, so we ask you to be patient.

These instructions are perfectly clear and still relevant, however I think that we could make things even easier if we add an option to contact support with a simple click/tap. We can achieve this using good ol' mailto (and some tricks with links).

Advantages:
The user doesn't need to copy and paste the email address (which could be difficult, especially on mobile devices). Instead, they just click/tap the link and then their default email app opens, with [e-mail] already set as the recipient.

Disadvantages:
This will not work if the user has no default email app (which is rare, especially on phones and modern versions of Windows), but other than that there are probably no major disadvantages. Users will never have to copy and paste the email address again. They can contact support with a simple click/tap (though they will still need to explain their issues to support, nothing we can do about that)...

Final Notes
If you like the idea, you can use my link, I will not delete it and it will work 24/7 for several years (unless I die or get abducted by aliens). You could hyperlink "contact us" or the email address itself, in a similar way that other commands have hyperlinks (like the /tierlist command).

That is a pretty neat idea and one we can definitely look in to. The only issue I see is that the CS link is.. pretty short as is, easy enough to remember and type out, anyway.

Sorry Kawaakari, I worded "default app" poorly. Let me explain that part:
By default app I mean whatever app was set as the default app by the user, be it the app that comes with the device or a third party one that they downloaded and set as default.

I tried on an iPhone with the following apps:

• Mail (default one that comes with the phone)
• Outlook (downloaded from the App Store)
• Gmail (downloaded from the App Store)

They seemed to work just fine, but please feel free to double check just in case, or check with other apps (they should work, but well, it's better if we test it for problems).

Yeah I clicked it with Gmail set. It opened Chrome and then opened Gmail, so it is a working idea. It could be set up with a “click this link to auto fill or send an email to this address” style
