San Diego is an insane AA carry for w12/13, with retrofit a bit pricey tho

Kazagumo is a strong CV buffer, worth a raise

(Funny how ur ships are all over the palce tho :D all randomly leveld a bit. Next time i can recommend sending the screenshots with a ship type each. one pic for bbs, one for cvs etc etc)

You will however run into gold bullin shortage, so raise main ships first. You can get Hood from practically anywhere and with her Augment she can carry you as flagship pretty damn far.
