Fleets that aren't pure faction fleets

#

Those are weaker than mixed fleets

#

Especially ironblood and Sakura in chapter 13 is extremely bad

Also stop spreading bulins on every rainbow ship, a 5 star new Jersey and Shimakaze and Yorktown are all useless
