37 is even better, but level 1 so raise at your own leisure or never

in general you can probably get rid of essex by giving ark to shinano+haku and avp to replace essex. But for this month's hard arbiter, this is fine because ark is poorer

g7e is usable if you have really good cats and not for u-47

need more reload and oxygen to get 24 shots of g7e, but when you do, they're better than bidders because of stronger magnetism

generally you mix saiun ju87d ryuusei to get a workable timing in opsi

if that doesn't work, then you bring some beacons

if beacons still doesn't give a possible timing, then you change fighters or dive bombers

i found this one way to sync musa and make her go a second after vanguard, triple 410 gold, autoloader, rainbow table, but im not sure if its at the 16 second mark, ill go check
