offtopic = lots and lots of topics not suited and related to the game and not included in the clubs, though not necessary

as for firearms, as long as people are interested in pursuing that topic, feel free to in either #off-topic , or #history if it's about old firearms

We made a thread for motor sports and vtubers because they were near constant topics in off topic, so constant that it was hard to actually discuss anything off the topic of vtubers or motor sports. Guns is a larger topic but not one that I see happening all the time, so it still fits into “just an off topic topic”. Will keep an eye on things though~ ontop of guns is also stuff like War Thunder and World of War(vehicle) games
