update to tierlist command

If the tierless guide is considered a "tierlist", then i request my samvaluations https://azurlane.koumakan.jp/wiki/User:Samheart564/Samvaluation also be mentioned under that command since both are very similar in concept

(this could've been one post, you didn't need to create two)

1. Tierless should probably just be removed at this point, considering how long it's been since last update. We could add yours instead, sure.
2. I don't really care which order the links are in tbh, it doesn't mean much. If I'll remember about it the next time I'll need to update the command - I'll move them. If not - oh well.
