swiftsure's version is this

    Upon firing AA guns, 30% chance to grant +30% AA to the entire vanguard for 10s; also, for every 5 planes shot down inside the AA circle, gain up to 10 stacks of +1% Firepower and -1% Damage taken by planes by the backline.
    Gain +30% CritRate and +10% Accuracy vs DD/CL; also, enemies hit by her Main Gun fire have a 10% chance to have their EvaRate reduced by 10% for 6s.

she's cute but it's hard to make her work in higher worldsyou will want the hms researchships like cheshire drake or neptune or plymouth to do the tank job

her retrofit is very good, but she still can't really tank, just does a lot more damage
