Do you have a PC nearby, or a file manager of some sort? Simply remove the QooApp leftovers, and any other app leftovers in your phone. Move some apps to the SD card if you have one.

I've had to delete everything off my phone to get this to work and there's still no guarantee it will after this. I'm almost wondering if it's not worth this at this point.

I guess BlueStacks won't work since it uses the PlayStore, right? I've never tried BlueStacks though I don't know what it'll do to my account.

I downloaded BlueStacks. I bound my AL account to my Twitter and to a Yo-Star login and now neither of them recognize me.

Apparently it's not "email" it's username. Which they mean whatever your @ is? Not sure why they didn't just say that or use the word handle.

As for the phone I'd suggest getting a SD card as mentioned earlier. See if you can create an account on Google Drive or a similar Cloud service, so that you can move documents and important files there without losing them.
If you're able to, you can also buy a new phone, with more internal storage. This way we can discard any issues your current phone had, has or might have with the game.
