I don't use mostly any that are under level 100 besides Jervis who I am raising for HMS XP grind
I mainly use:
- Kron, Neptune, Kiev, Kitakaze, Ibuki (not always), Sandy, Drake, London (in approximate usage order)

jervis is actually quite good
prolly the best mob tank you can have rn
and slot kron on boss tank
drake isnt good rn cuz she isnt dev30
emden should be gud

emden interchangeable with any good dps
jervis kiev kitakaze mob
kiev and kitakaze being interchangeable with any good dps
jervis is unironically one of the best mob tank slots below the rainbows
sometimes shes even better than rainbow ships with the right setup in terms of just pure bulk
