Use Onboarding for faction roles

Since this server has the onboarding feature you all should enable it so people can select the Azur lane/crimson axis faction roles without needing to use the bot

We want to minimise amount of questions people will need go through to make it as streamlined as possible, so we don't really see a need to make cosmetic roles a part of this process. People can assign them later on when they're more familiar with the server.

You don't have to ask them as part of joining

Just uncheck that option
